Not only did I receive a damaged parcel, I also received crushed leaking bags that had been overheated due to poor packaging. If the box got hot enough to kill chaeto in a 2day trip, how well would you expect livestock to fare. The box only had some wadded up paper on top of a bunch of knotted plastic bags? No styrofoam for insulation, or to keep the weight of the water filled bags from rupturing or smashing the the other bags. John supposedly is a great guy with lots of raving reviews. But at this time I have only been refunded for 1 dead urchin.
Now I am expected to disassemble a healthy 175 gallon tank to fish out a couple hundred tiny snails and crabs, to count and photograph dead loss. Don't think so.
**** poor packaging and an unreasonable request for photos after acclimation?

By the way this is the first time I have had an issue with dead/dying loss from shipping.

........ Don't waste your time with reefcleaners.org

And any suggestions for quality cleanup crews would be much appreciated;)

They were the first person to handle the shipment. A responsible shipper would package correctly to ensure the best possible outcome. Smellavision would be nice too.

Per the Terms of Service, outside comments are NOT permitted. The reason for this is to allow the vendor and member work through the experience. The staff will remove posts by other parties not pertaining to the transaction. The only exception to this is that users may post links (without commentary) to their own feedback threads with the same seller/buyer. These are the only outside party comments that are allowed.

Lost both urchins, both starfish, oooh but I saw seven tiny snails last night. How photograph or find tiny dead seacrearures. That the crabs that I did have ate?? Chaeto was still black threw it out. Dang should have got a photograph of that. So much death added to a very healthy tank I had to add a GFO reactor, when ahead and added a phos ban phosfate reactor too. Stubborn one, you did not get to kill my tank. Petco of all places with the 5 for 5 sale on snails and crabs with alot of hard hork has salveged my tank. 200 worth of dead stuff, 300 worth of media and reactors and raping petco on shipment day for about 50 bucks. Boy I learned my lesson. Hope no one else in the hobby orders from feef to reef and gets thet treatment I got. You getting no more pictures so dont ask.

Like it love it or remove it...Takes yo money packages up small stock poorly I might add and sends it on its way, wiithout styrofoam, without padding. Whatever I dont want to hear no stories of how great your experience was. Mine was absolutely not good, and he is too chicken to stand behind his buisness.
