Sooo posted annorfer for 3 emerald crabs and 2 fuzzy chitons on wednesday. Got an email from John station g that the Chilton's require Express delivery even though I live 10 miles from the business address. He doesnt allow pick ups... Express delivery is an additional $9.50 on top of the 11.50 priority mail cost, although his website specifically states priority mail for Florida is flat $8, I was charged the 11.50.
Regardless I told John to cancel the Chilton's and still send the crabs. Got an email saying he canceled. So did he cancel the whole order just the chitons?? Who knows. Still not refund to.my card for the whole order, reduced priority mail shipping or the chitons.
Sent an email to find out what is goi g on and as to why I was charged the higher priority mail rate.
