Reefdose Connection Problem

Hi all. New to this, and I'm getting everything set up. Tank cycled and I've added a few fish and corals. Today I tried to add a Red Sea Reefmat, and a Reefdose. The mat is connected fine. But the dosing pump has no connection after I went through the initial setup. I figured I'd just uninstall and reinstall, but it won't let me remove the device. Anyone experience this? Thanks!

Do a hard reset on the reef dose then make sure the firmware is updated. Also ensure that the device you are using is up to date, for whatever reason the Wi-Fi chip inside just doesn’t like outdated software.
