Reefdose losing prime…?

I have a reefdose 4 that has been running for a little over 6 months. Now, one of my heads is losing prime. Has anybody else had problems with a reefdose losing prime?

I have the reefdose 2 and really not happy with it. For whatever reason it will lose its prime or make air bubbles in the line. I think a possible fix to this would just be to try your best to draw the dosing liquid from the bottom and make sure all the tubing is secure and tight around the peristaltic pump fittings. Hope this helps!
