ReefDose with red plastic vs black

I'm seeing some pics of the ReefDose systems on vendor's sites which have red plastic valves vs the black plastic. Is the red an older version? Are there differences besides the aesthtics?

Here are pics. I'm thinking they're likely just different pics used for marketing but the actual hardware in the box is the same. Probably the red version was early marketing photos. Just trying to confirm because some of the sites I'm finding the red version pics are priced a little lower.

99% certain the top image is from one of the original pre-release/prototypes. The accessories I've seen all have the red tips (including the one I have). Next time I'm at my LFS I'll double-check, but I'm pretty sure the ones being sold are still red.

Just in case anyone else ever comes to this thread with the same question, mystery solved since mine arrived. Even though the image on the vendor's website AND the image on the actual box shows the model with the red plastics, the actual device had the black plastics as shown here.
