Reefer 170 Cracked Sump Pipe

Hi,

I'm new here ... so be easy I bought a used, but in great shape RedSea Reefer 170. This is my second RedSea over the years.

When I putting my sump return together, I guess I was not straight up and down and heard a crack when connecting. Maybe it was already a weak area. My system is not up and running so no rush, other than impatience on my part!

Question: would anyone recommend a PVC weld fix or wait to get a new pipe from RedSea?

I would wait and get the pipe kit replaced. I replaced all my seals this year, so know that you can get them as spares
