Reefer 250 flow?

I have a reefer 250 with a simplicity 1600(gph) return pump, and (2) MP40s. It’s overkill I know, but that’s why I have equipment that can be controlled

My question is, if you were in my shoes with an sps dominate mixed reef with a few zoas and lps, what settings would you run on these? As in percentages not flow modes.

The return is easy, follow the tank recommendations.

The MP40s I would turn up until the noise is to loud for you or the LPS/Zoas are unhappy, which ever comes first.
