Reefer 250 lighting

Hi all new to this site I’m looking at ordering a reefer 250 or xl300 torn between the two. I would like to know what lights are best for these tanks I prefer the ones on arms apposed to the bars. I would rather not spend £1000 on lights if it can be avoided I was looking at hydra 26 on eBay are these a good option second hand ?

How do you plan on mounting lights? Mounting arm? Hanging?
