Reefer 250 - mp 10 full power?

Hi there,

I run 2 mp10's on my Reefer 250. Different programs during the day. Depending on the program I run them around 65 %.

I am curious if this is sufficient for a mixed reef, so, at which speed are you running yours?

Hi,

On my tank I am running to MP10's on opposite sites of the tank on different programs during the day. My average is around 65% on both of them. (my schedule can be found in my build-thread)
But do feel that this is a bit low at the moment, so I ordered the random flow generator for my return line, to add some more random flow and stir up the detritus.

Curious to see what other have.

Thanks for your reply. I also am thinking about bumping it up to please my new sticks, but I don't want to upset the Lps...

Perhaps use lagoon-mode, for softer changes in speed.

Reefcrest is better suited for SPS, Lagoon for LPS. I am using both, but on different %.
