I reset up my Reefer 350 (original version) after a move. I was 2 months into cycle and about to put fish in it when I woke up water rushing. The seam bursts. I have the cabinet with a custom sump and plumbing and spent a ton of time on the wiring. Is it possible to fix the seam easily or purchase an older version of the aquarium only? I’m a bit reluctant to buy a used one given what just happened.

The tank is 5 years old. I moved a year ago and got it reset up in December. It was leak free for almost 3 months. I think warranty is only 2 years. Not sure I can even buy an older version. I don’t want to lose all the custom plumbing.

you don't want older version ,that is the years of failures,
they are well aware of them, have seen replacements out of warranty happening.
