Hi there guys new to reefing and weighing my options for lifting for soft corals and LPS. Would the AI prime 16s be sufficient? I was also looking at the Red Sea 50s and 90s, and Kessil (both the 160 and 360 models). Would any of these options work for what I am planning? Looking for the most economical option.. thanks for all the help!

Well I only have experience with the primes and those would definitely work great for your coral wants. Would recommend renting a par meter once you decide lighting to dial in your tank!

I have two Red Sea LED50s over my 95g Wave (running for over a year at 10 hours on 100% blues and 40% whites for a 20'' deep tank). This has been fine for my euphyllia dominated mixed reef. Upgrading to the LED90s this week to provide even more light for some clams and nems that are lower in my tank, so will move the 50s onto a quarantine tank of similar size (29g). I've never tested my PAR and just go off of what's on the Red Sea website in terms of depth/PAR levels. Hope that helps!
