Reefer 350 power head recommendation?

Depends on the system, what you are keeping, budget, etc. I have an MP40WQD in my 40 breeder, but use Jebao Crossflow (Gyre) pumps in my 200. I think the Gyre works better for long tanks, while the MP's work better on shorter/cube tanks.

Budgets no issue. Med stocked. Will end up with 2 clowns, coral beauty, algae blenny, flasher wrasse, melanarus wrasse, watchman goby/pistol shrimp, mostly softies with euphyllia, tomini Tang, kole tang. Was thinking of doing 2 Nero 5's but see a lot of people talk about gyres.

Can you get a good back and forth wave with gyres?
