Nope, never had any moisture buildup. Could water be splashing somehow?

I have a Reefer XL 425, which is approximately the same dimensions as the 350. I don't have any problems with moisture inside the cabinet.

Mine got a lot, my brother build a vent unit out of old computer fan for me. I had to constantly have them on to draw out the moisture.
