I have a Reefer xl425 (90 gallon) that I am stocking. Currently I have the following:

-Ocellaris Clownfish pair
-One Spot Foxface
-Royal Gramma
-Firefish
-Diamond Goby
-Flame Hawkfish
-Yellow Watchman Goby (Currently missing and haven't seen him in 3 weeks)

I would definitely like to get a Kole Tang but besides that I'm looking for suggestions. As of now everything is very peaceful. My tank is a mixed reef that has been running for 1.5 years. Not looking to get anything expensive or difficult. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

I'll recommend what I always do...a Halicheores sp wrasse, like a yellow, yellow & purple, melanurus, red-lined. They do need sand.

Or a lot of folks like fairy and flasher wrasses. Many are expensive, but there are some affordable and easily found ones like lubbock's fairy, or McCosker's flasher. They would need a tight fitting lid.

I'll look into them. I do have sand and a tight fitting lid. What are your thoughts on multiple Wrasse?

Definitely can be done. It depends on which ones. Multiple of the same species doesn't work, for example.

Have a look on live aquaria's reef safe and fish only (some here are essentially safe) wrasse sections. Let the folks here know what you like, and we can come up with a plan.

check out the 1st post of my build thread. I have a 525xl (108 gallon)

I currently keep 22 fish with no issue between them, or managing excess nutrients.

I like your list so far.

Take note of my selections...……….I am not over stacked in any particular are of the tank. There are bottom dwellers, cave, open water, rock grazers etc.

Please feel free to ask any questions.

The link to my build thread is in my signature.

I'll take a look. What are your thoughts on Anthias?
I love anthias. I actually had 5 dispars but they all died within days of arrival from what I believe was a gram negative bacterial infection.

McCosker's Flasher Wrasse
Additional Wrasse - looking for suggestion here.
Pajama Cardinal Fish (3?)
Goby/Shrimp pair - I liked my yellow watchman. He was in my tank for about 1 month after qt. One day he was very agitated and swimming near the surface. After that I haven't seen him again.
Blenny Tailspot or Bi color.
Dispar Anthia
Kole Tang - Last addition

What are your thoughts on this list to fill out the tank?

You list is good and should be no issues.

Adding the tang last is important.

I would not recommend a single anthia.

They are a highly social fish and do better in groups or 3 or more.

Is there a type of anthia that would be OK in my size tank as a group? What I saw on LA said 120 gallons for a group or 70 for individual.

A trio of bartletts or dispars would be best.

They are smaller and very well behaved.

There is a trio of bartletts going on Divers Den tonight......just sayin’ ;)
