Reefer 450 build

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share my current tank build and say hi to the community.

Tank: Red Sea Reefer 450
Time: cycled since May of 2016 with 100lb of Carib Sea dead rock and 90lb of live sand.
Lighting: aquatic life t5 hybrid (installed 01/2018) with 3 Kessil 360WE. ATI Bulbs B+,P+,C+,B+ (front to back)
Pump: Ecotech M1 with random flow loc line
Powerhead’s: 2x Gyre xf230
Filtration: Filter media cups x2, LifeReef SVS3-24 with a DCP-8000, DIY Algae reactor from a BRS Deluxe reactor with cheato.
Heating and cooling: 2 x eheim 200watt heaters. 1/5 JBJ chiller
Dosing: Aqua Medic 4 head
Fishes: Purple tang (boss), Hippo tang, Twin Spot tang, Vrolik wrasse, PJ cardinal, mated pair clown fish, green chromis and Citron clown goby (2nd in command).

Did you buy the 48" or the 60" T5 hybrid?

I bought the 48” so I can still have lower light lps at the edges. I recommend getting 3 blue plus and one coral plus ATI bulbs for a cleaner blue and white look. You can always adjust the whites with the LED in the middle

Sweet! I’ve seen a couple tanks like that and I’m starting to like them. If possible could you take a could or more pics of the light above the tank?
