Tonight i am hoping to have enough help to lift the tank onto the stand and get it leveled. The remainder of my rock came in yesterday to begin my Aqua scaping

Yea I have a 6' tank now would have been nice to get an 8'. Sure it's still a nice piece!

Correct. Had a piece of oak I was going to use but didn't like it. One toggles and one in a stud. Feels plenty strong.

Plenty strong , could probably hang on it if you needed too. Does the light catch your eye when u look at the tank? How high did u hang it above the water?

6.25" awl for now. Not running the lights during the cycle so I'll have to wait and see. You can tilt the fixture using the wire hangers to tilt it slightly from to back to help with light spill out of the tank.

Looks great man I'm thinking I'm going to use the same light. Would love to see it from the top down or further back to see how it looks hung with ceiling in view.

But good news on my end! Placed the tank and sump into the stand tonight and am leveling the doors as we speak
