Hello from Florida. Been in the game since 2002 last big purchase before my first daughter was born. I knew after that I would not be able to by myself anything anymore and a boat was way to expensive. Been in the aquarium world since I was 8 years old freshwater tanks. Been in saltwater since 2002 FOWLR waiting on some more equipment and have to eventually trade a few fish before I transition to a reef tank.

I'm Thinking Riverview. Glad to see more Floridians in the game than I originally thought. I used to install cable and in five years can count on my fingers how many marine aquariums I ran into. Thanks for welcoming me. Cool picture Reefing Madness

My name is Irene and I'm new to reefing. I'm from Texas and have had FOWLR tanks in the past (46g bow front and a 125g), but I never could find enough time to truly enjoy the hobby with my busy life -- and busy job. I just retired so now I'm taking on the challenge of a reef tank with the encouragement of my son, brother and SIL who have had their own reef tanks for a while. I've already been lurking in R2R forums for some general start-up advice, but since I'm nearly ready to get my tank wet I figured I should come out of the shadows. I'm glad to read so many of your helpful points of view. I will begin posting my new tank build in the next day or so -- a DSA NEO 65g Pro.
