I don't normally do this but I am left with no choice. I purchased their sps pack for $125 on the 17th and for an email the same afternoon from UPS stating that I had a devilvery scheduled for the next day. I check the UPS progress and and it states that the package has not been received but a ticket has been opened. I call and get a hold of someone and was told he was the one that packaged the corals and did not know why it didn't ship out. I was told that he was going to check with the warehouse and call me back. I have not received any information on the shipment nor a phone call from someone. I hope that this gets their attention. Sorry for the rant. I'm just frustrated.
