Thank you! Mostly easier sps corals and achievable for anyone, imo.
Thanks again! I’m indifferent about that because this tank is nothing special in comparison. I’d rather see those that have extraordinary tanks win. But I appreciate it!

It’s human nature to become accustomed to their accomplishments.
From my perspective, your tank is superior and above average. It takes skill and knowledge to have such a beautiful tank. Don’t forget that.

No worries! Really want to ease my way into a reef tank. Tank has been up for 3 1/2 years, I feel it's ready. Any recommendations? Heard softies are fairly easy.

Sorry I took so long to reply, I don’t get notifications sometimes. I think I lucked out because it hasn’t grown much since I’ve had it. It is very healthy and active though, but is only 3 1/2” long at about six years old. I’ve seen other adult purple tangs that are much larger. Maybe it has to do with the location of origin? But I love teasing others about it, but should share that this fish is an exception to the “rule”. Most purple tangs do require larger systems. Take care and Happy Reefing!
