I have about 100 lbs of rock that im drying and about to go thru an acid soak process to get rid of all the nasties. I went with 60lbs sugar sand and 30lbs fiji pink sand from fish docs that I still have to rinse.. Hope to have rock and sand in by this weekend! I have about 100 gals saltwater already made version 1 of reef wall.. will readjust with rock from current display.

Finally the tank cycled and i have the rock how I want it.. I hung the light fixture and transferred a few of my corals.. Definately would say the new 14k pheonex bulb is awesome! Much better than the 10k ushio that i had in it before...

Finally added the rest of the corals and most of my fish, plus a couple new additions :yes2: Beautiful 7" sailfin tang and 4-5" purple tang to compliment the small yellow and blue hippo that i currently have...

Ill b transferring the 2 lyretail anthias tonight as well as the yellow spotted goby. Im going to add probably 4-6 more different anthias as well as a couple wrasses (if i decide to do a screen top)

This is how my tank looks today.. I went thru a very nasty bout of ich and my sailfin and purple made it as well as clowns and goby.. I pulled all fish for 8 weeks and put them in a newly set up 55g qt in basement and let the display run fallow. I spent time getting back to monitoring water quality and nurturing the corals.. I lost quite a few fish and my zoas were dying off, but I believed I turned the corner on all of it.

1male and 1 female lyretail anthia
(Picking up another 3 females today)
2 perc clowns
Yellow spotted goby

And I added 6 green chromis..
I'm going to put it a couple Bartlett anthia as well.. down the road a little I'll add a blue hippo tang.
