1886 victorian without insulation when we moved in 3 years ago. I have since insulated the 3rd and 1st floors, new propane boiler, solar with electric backup heat. Lots of sprayfoam. There are still some days where I wonder why I like the cold.

I believe he is down on long island, which I did see there is a builder in NJ and one in Ontario, Canada.
