I'm about 15 mins south of Wheeling. Welcome to the area!
As far as a reef club, the closest one I've found that is active is out of Pittsburgh, which is 45mins - 1hr depending on the part of Wheeling you're in. https://www.reef2reef.com/forums/3-rivers-marine-aquarium-society.194/

Just saw your thread about moving here as well for school. I graduated from West Liberty a few years ago with a Bio Ed. degree, and my sister just graduated last semester from their PA program. Hope you're enjoying it up on the hilltop and that everything's going well! It's a great school.
