Just wanted to take a moment to write about my experience with reefgardener.net. I don't often post but I feel that not sharing feedback would be unfair to all who are interested in finding a vendor who truly cares about the customers that keep them in business. I placed a order with Morgan that, due to reasons beyond her control, did not arrive in great shape. I am a firm believer that what defines a vendor is not the issues that arise in day to day business, but the way that the issues are handled. In my case I had an issue that was completely out of the hands of Reefgardener.net but when I brought it their attention, I was pleasantly surprised to have someone willing to "go to bat" for me. In a time when it is all too easy for a business to say "sorry, but there's nothing I can do" and send you on you're way with nothing to show for you're hard earned money, I am glad to find somebody who is willing to do what is right for the customer. I am now the proud owner of some of the healthiest and most colorful acro frags that I have ever received from any vendor. Thanks reefgardener.net, keep up the good work!
