ReefHD and fast breathing.. paranoid?

Massive GHA battle. Tried Reef Flex. All research said good things.
A trusted friend said it nuked his dad’s tank and a few customers.

I followed directions and put in sump. I also have a bubbler and a powerhead in sump for plenty of aeration.

I noticed tonight my algae blenny seems to be breathing fast while he’s sleeping.

Am I being paranoid or should I put carbon back in the reactor to start undoing the fluco?

ReefHD will not nuke a tank directly, however, the ensuing die off can skyrocket nutrient levels. If your tank was really bad this could be the issue. Post tank size and current nutrients.

Nothing has died yet... this is what I was told. My blenny seems to be fine.. something may have spooked him.
