I received a ReeFi Uno LED luminaire for testing. Hope to get started late Tuesday or Wednesday. Photo taken at ISO 100, f/32 and 1/4000th second.

I’ve got the other prototype. They are awesome!

Check out the copper heat pipes! They look like a muscle car under the hood!

Congratz! I am SO excited of hearing Uno is finally coming out.
I can't find any Uno mounting info on the official website. What are the mounting options for Uno?

I am currently using Radion RMS G5 Adapter with xr15 G5 Pro, mounting it on diy TV swivel arm. Will Uno be able to use in the same fashion that I am using? Definitely will give Uno a try if I can keep my diy wall mounting system. Many thanks.

Thanks for explaining, very cool (pun intended). These lights look great and I look forward to Dana’s review. What kind of coverage should one expect with one of these? Eight of them above a 2’ X 6’ tank?

I looked at the website and couldn’t find an answer... can I get away with one uno on a 36 gallon bowfront. 30” wide 20” deep, mixed reef, softie dominant. Thx

Thanks

Lexinverts check your PM box, I have been trying to reach you.

Thinking of going with 4 or 5 of these vs a couple of the Duo Extreme. Curious how the par spread is with regard to center to edge. With their ability to limit spill out of the tank and glare, how even is the par? Daniel do you have a par map to show best mounting height to give the most even par levels on a 24" deep tank, and minimize center hot spot?

Updates can be found here

Oh man that’s almost worse case scenario. Loose your tank and have house damage. At least everyone is ok

@Dana Riddle How is your testing coming along? Looks like the Reefi production got pushed to end of year instead of Nov. I still have it on order but was curious to know your results :)

The Uno is second in line for testing, but this has been delayed due to my dealing with substantial storm damage to the house. Dealing with insurance agents, adjustors, roofers, carpenters, gutter guys is consuming almost all my spare time. Believe me, I'd rather be in the lab. Got to laugh to keep from crying.

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that @Dana Riddle. This year has been a challenge as it is, my wife and I know a few folks impacted by the hurricanes this year... We would love to help, if there is anything I can do please let me know. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! - David

Where did you hear that? I have one on order also...
I take that back it’s just the mount that’s shipping late Dec. Light still shows early Dec 2020.
