Reefing and laundry

I've seen alot of people have their water mixing stations in laundry rooms. Not seen a sump or open tank in the same area. I would think as long as the dryer is properly vented to the outside it wouldn't be an issue. Following along for others thoughts :)

Many years ago, I had a 100g rubbermaid stock tank being used as a sump that was located in a laundry room. The tank was just on the other side of the wall.

Never had any problems with the system... It was a fairly large room, probably 8' from the washer/dryer to the open sump. Furnace was in the same room. Just an open, unfinished section of the basement, really.

Anyway, never noted any problems from the laundry.

My full system is the next room over from laundry and all the mechanical stuff with an open doorway (furnace, water heater, etc) and I do not have any issues.
