I set the temp on my controller and click save.. then it just displays the temp i set the entire time. It won't change

Did you turn up the temp adjustment on the heater its self?

Which controller? RKL or RKE? How old is the probe? Did this just start happening or is it a new set up? What style is the probe? Long plastic cylinder or a little nub on the end of the wire?

Rke brand new. With the black probe. If you go to the calibrate screen and pull the sensor out of the water the numbers that fluctuate at the bottom move so I know it works. I set it at the temp my water is using a basic thermometer and I click save. So let's say I save it at 77.8 as to what my water is at that moment. It doesn't ever change on my display it stays like that the entire time it doesn't move and I highly doubt my tank is staying 77.8 on the spot for 2 days..

And yes the heater itself is turned up to 80. I don't have it figured out yet how to put a timer on it to get it to work I just have the plug on my pc4 with the heater set to on.

I also have the net module and it just sits I have no idea how to hook this up. Directions are horrible

Did the temp work before you calibrated it? Have you tried pulling it out of the water to see if it changes temp? As for the NET module have you checked their website and downloaded the manual. Also check their forum for answers. http://www.forum.digitalaquatics.com/index.php

I forget what it's called but that number that you wait to stop moving when you are calibrating it to save it moves when I pull it out of the water. When I'm in that setup screen but that is it. And I think I'm just gonna sell my net.. looks like it's only good for graphing and emails I got it thinking I can control my setup from my phone. Like apex guess I was wrong

The name of that number is raw data. Do you have myReef downloaded? You may have to reset that port Via myReef. As for the NET module you can do some programming through the NET. I think the only thing is you cannot create or change settings on timers or alarms. You have to have it setup to do so from the head unit. It is not defaulted to allow changes from the NET. The Archon is more user friendly as far as access from your phone via web browser.
