Reeflink doesn't recognize my MP40Q

The laptop recognizes the ReefLink and EcoSmart Live appears to see the ReefLink as well.

When I do a search for new equipment wirelessly, the ReefLink doesn't see the MP40QD.

Any suggestions.

Have you tried powering both the reeflink and power head down and starting both up again.

Try resetting the Master/Slave setting.

Thanks for the advice, but none of those worked. Called EcoTech and they walked me through resetting it.
Works good now.
