Reeflink / EcoSmart has been offline for over 3 weeks

I don’t think it’s completely phased out by möbius but it’s been offline for over 3 weeks already, come on ecotech!

and today möbius is out too! what the heck

anyone experiencing the same issue?

Not sure as to what's wrong.

Neither my phone app or on pc able to be connected. And the Reeflink is not blue.

That's the problem..........it's not connected to wifi. Try unplugging and replugging. All check to see if software needs updating.
