Reeflink/Ecosmart Live help

I'm at a loss here. I had a few second power outage a few days ago and since then, my radions are in "offline" mode. I did a hard reset on the reeflink, the indicator light is blue and it shows connected, however, the radions are not being read. Im reinstalled it twice and still nothing. Any suggestions?

I have not had this issue but it happens all the time on a friends Apex. He gets it back online by unplugging and plugging back in the Aquabus cable going from the main control box to the EB8/EB4.

Have you tried a factory reset? Anytime I had issues when I trued using ecosmart I ended up just doing the reset and things would start working again.

Have you tried connectung the radions to the link with a usb cord? Usually works

Have you tried to unplug the radion to do a hard reset of the lights? Try unplugging the lights and leave the light unplugged for a minute or two and re-plug them in, by doing this it should do a hard reboot of the lights.
