Hello Everyone,
Yesterday I picked up a used 60 gallon cube and all equipment. I got the login and password from the seller. I can log on, but when the screen says .. loading devices .. it takes forever to load then the following message pops up:
1) Close connection manager
2) Disconnect the USB cable connected to your radion (there isn't one connected at the moment)
3) Unplug all of your radions from power
4) Wait 30 seconds
5) Plug radion back to power
6) Connect USB to radion / PC
.. then log back on?
At any rate, I tried the above to no avail. The system (ecotech stuff) consists of ReefLink (1), 15WradionPro (1), Vortech MP40 (1) and Vectra S1 Pump. The lights and pump are on, but unresponsive to reeflink inputs. Reeflink does not see the vortech and it is flashing red and green. Cycling power with the wet side off still results in the same thing .. red and green flashing and reeflink not seeing the unit.
Hopefully this is the correct forum to post this to and thanks in advance for the help.
