Reeflink stuck on "connect with USB"

So I moved and needed a new Wi-Fi so I am trying to use the reef link set up and it gets stuck on "please connect your reeflink with a USB cable." I have very limited time before coustomer service closes every day when I get home from work to call. Anyone know what to do here.

They are very responsive when I call. Since you can’t do that I would send through email or submit a request.
