I like mine and most definitely worth it if you don't have a way to control your lights besides plugging into a computer or using an apex. Even with the apex I like mine.

Yup! I love the simplicity of controlling the lights and schedules from my phone. Ecosmart was a royal pain with its constant Beta issues of never connecting (among other things..lol).

If I get this and with the apex full version can I control when I'm not home? Or look at everything from my phone?

Tagging along just ordered one and a couple radion g3's was going to use my desktop you can also use it on your ecotech pumps too right?

Not on pumps yet is what I heard a update will come out and then u can for pumps.

Ecosmartlive.. That website is a royal pain to deal with. The pumps are not even in beta yet. Easiest connection has been through ReefLink and ESL on the phone. Never fails to connect (unlike the computer site).

I have one, using it for 2 months, and i love it...
the pump feature will be great..
it manages my light great through the website and my phone. flash updates are a breeze now.

I don't own radions anymore, but I just don't comprehend purchasing Reeflink. Wireless connection should be standard in high end LED lighting fixtures, not a $200 upgrade. Also many users have a controller like an Apex which can control the lights anyway. The Reeflink seems redundant and very one dimensional to me. ESL is a nightmare to work with, and is the reason I sold my radions. Who needs cloud based lighting? My money goes towards an Apex and WXM. Just my opinion.

I have an Apex system running both VDM & WXM modules; while both work well they are a pain to program. I recently purchased a Reeflink and the Radion set up was a breeze to program and access via and iPhone and iPad. As soon as the Vor-Techs are able to access the Reeflink, I’ll be getting rid of both apex modules.
