For a while I had trouble trying to find space in my sump for a refugium while also keeping my Reefmat, stock ATO, and skimmer in the Red Sea 350 G2. Red Sea only offers two methods for setting up the reefmat and only one with the ATO.

I present solution #3 ! PVC is there anything it cant do?!

Nice solution!

Why use that small ATO reservoir? Get a nice 10g reservoir for the right side of the cabinet and you can place a doser right on to of it. 10g gives 9 days of top off capability. Mine is a banshee but the have slimline models too. Mine is for an XL300 tank.

Its the stock ATO that came with the tank. Usually lasts me about a week before it needs a fill. I like your set up though!

The right side of my cabinet has the doser installed with room for dosing tanks.(although not in use yet), and all my electrical, and food is down there- debating getting a tiny mini fridge to put in there for food and phyto.

How hard is it to refill the ato
Easy. I have a cheapo pump I use for water changes and just stick the hose over the edge to fill.

3g reservoir last a week?

I cant tell from the pics but I really hope that PVC is under the rim of the tank and not the glass.

A better idea would be a full box of wood and use the PVC for legs. Hell youd probable only need one leg if the box is mounted to the stand like that.

Little bit of a belt and suspenders approach there actually- the bulk of the tank weight is resting on the 1x2 piece of wood screwed to the cabinet (there is another on the back side as well) the bulk of the weight on the pvc is on the front right corner, but i built a full support with 4 legs just for extra distribution.
