Reefmat compatibility

So!
I recently got a im nuvo 100 ext and im trying to find a sump for it, I was thinking trigger ruby 36, but I want a reefmat.

Can this sump be molded to take the reef mat? Or is there a similar sump you'd recommend?

Yes I know the platinum sump have a built in roller, but I want to be able to use the filter roller on the next tank if I do happen to upgrade in the future

hello. i have a 150 gal ( 5x2x2 ) i have a trigger sapphire 39. i left the sock holder in tact. removed socks and holder and just use it for rubble. use a pmup to pump water from sump into sock ( rubble ) area. i have a reefmat 1200 in 1st Chamber , reefocto 150sss skimmer in 2nd chamber. leaves no refug area but didn't have one anyways. works great.
i also have a water box 4820 peninsula i mod factory sump and put reefmat 500. works great
ruby 36 is 1" less in width and 2" less in length is first chamber. 500 should fit. may need to dremel top cover above socks. 1200 a little tighter fit. either way you will want to modify/make a piece to be a 90 degree to inlet of reefmat
