Its unlikely but did you accidentally change the motor position on your phone?
The only time I've gotten a set up error 2 is when the dispensing roll is free spinning or the uptake end wasnt spooled tight enough

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Seems like the motor is completely locked up. The motor position switch in the app is correct and I've even tried deleting the device and re-adding. No luck.. Anyone else with advice before I tear it apart?

Reefmat 1200 drive / motor fails.
Hi could I get a list of others who have had issues with there reefmat 1200 drive unit failing. What did you do to fix it: change motor, change entire drive unit? Not talking about a mechanical jam but the unit failing to advance when pressing the buttons.

I had this happen about a month ago the motor is froze up and will need replaced. Reach out to them they will ask for a picture and video. Receipt info for warranty. Install is super easy. For me FedEx lost my package so it took forever for them to send another one.
