Besides the fact that I have no space above it so putting the rolls in is an absolute pain, everything about my 1200 has been great so far no tinkering or adjusting anything, the provided hose even slipped right on my barbed bulkhead

it’s a nice feeling to see it pull all those tiny shrimps that the fish missed right out of the water, with the numbers the app is showing I’m on track to get 51 days out of a roll

ive got the 1200 on my 525xl and its been solid since day one.
installed 6/19 and i am still on my first roll.
daily average is about 19inches and that varies. i normally leave return pump going when cleaning the glass to help catch everything.
this was money well spent and a solid product for redsea.

ive got a new roll ready to go in within the next week :grimacing-face:

How did you clean the sensor please ? Googled but not videos or info on how too? Mines only been set up 3 days & got that notification already….
I took a paper towel and wipe it off. Maybe make sure it’s plugged in? I would not anticipate that it would get blocked that quickly for you

I’m getting clean sensor notifications every week and I go through 1 roll every 35 days or thereabouts on my REEFMAT 1200 installed on RSR500P, so much so that I just ignored the clean sensor alerts after a while. Any similar experience and solution. Apart from that it’s a great piece of gear.

Initially getting sump water level right was tricky, I ended up messing with the ATO on,off times to fix that.

The real issue I've had is the water is too clean, so I've had to just power it off for most the day. Ir only runs for 4hours then over flows the rest.

I wish it had a feature to just advance on a schedule.
