I have a Biochurn RO pellet reactor, the HOB model. Since moving to a sump I had to replace it because the water level in the sump is too shallow. I would like to go back to this reactor, but the issue is modifying the plumbing and the plumbing RO uses is not standard. Anyone know what type it is or where I could find plumbing accessories to modify the unit?

Basically I would need to cut, weld two unions, and insert a piece to extend the pump down into the sump.

The plumbing is metric sizing. If you contact CoralVue they would be able to sell you a union and a piece of metric pipe.

If the union they sell you are the same size as the one on the reactor. Once you determine the length of pipe, the new union needs to be separated and the 2 halves are welded, 1 to each end of the pipe. Just make sure that the union nut is set in the right direction. This way no cutting is necessary and the reactor can remain unchanged if you ever need to use it as a hob in the future.

Touché sir, I see your point. I'll check out what supplies they have and see what I can find. Thanks again!
