Sorry to hear about that. I have never had anything but great experiences with Gary.

Over the last week I asked for photos three times and never received a photo proving the coral as dead. As everyone knows here on R2R I will replace a coral if it arrives DOA but give me some proof that it did in fact arrive dead. Its sort of hard to believe it's dead when you never sent photos and now today you sent me a PM stating that part of it is alive when you stated before that it was dead and as "white as a ghost". Again, no photos and it's been a week.... A dead acro colony is easy to show that it's dead, you could have sent a photo with the coral outside of your tank therefore your light cycle plays no roll in you not taking a photo. Why would you still have a dead coral in your tank anyhow?

I recently purchase a mille colony and tenius colony from Gary. Neither was DOA but the tenius didnt make it through the first night. When I contacted Gary he simply asked for a pic. I was busy all day and wasnt able to send pics until late that night. Gary sent me a frag pack to compensate the loss. I coulndt have asked for anything more. Truly A+ service on his part. So this is kind of hard to beleive.
