Well I guess it's time for an update. The tank has been chugging along and has almost finished it's "uglies". Other then some diatoms and cyano on the sand bed and that "mystery algae" the popped up in the cube, it hasn't been bad. I went to CSEA and got a few things, honestly I was not expecting much from this one, but boy was I pleasantly surprised! It was much larger then I was expecting and we had a great time. I'll know to save my pennies for next year
I'll dump some pics here, some of the corals are new, some I've had.
My center rock fell over in this pic, it took me a few days, but I finally fixed it lol. My 2 little wizards are creeping in there too, Merlin is up top, and Albus (known as Alby) is in the bottom corner.
OT: We also went to our first Steelers game. We both have lived in Pittsburgh our entire lives and somehow have never been to one before.
I really need to get my QT back up so I can get some more fish. I have had my stocking list picked out way before the tank was even set up. Also my clowns are back to laying eggs like clockwork again. Some day when I have more time I will try and raise a batch, that won't be anytime soon though so hopefully they continue to lay for a while

I have had these leathers for about 6 years now, they suddenly decided they want to have green polyps, I'm not complaining
I have been thinking of selling my ramping light and swapping out the boards on the marsaquas so both sides of the tank match. I am never home while the light is ramping to appreciate it, and I really don't want to go through programming another light to match the one I have lol. Decisions decisions either way the tank will be fully lighted by sbreef lights wonderfulness

Weird, whenever you said "I love fleury" my phone changed it to asterisksEver try using a phone app- snapseed, or others? Will help out alot with your photos
BTW- Go Blackhawks, *** Fleury.
I do use an app, to fix the white balance, but I don't care enough to do much else lol. If I really feel like getting fancy I will bust out the dslr, but don't hold your breath for that

I added these cuties to deal with my aiptasia that is getting out of hand. Joe's juice and aiptasia x are no longer taking these guys out, and a file fish and peppermint shrimp are out of the question with all the LPS, so here's hoping these guys continue to do a good job

I have the bestest friend ever, I got my Christmas gift early and it is an adorable little scoly! She knows me so well
I also had to work black Friday when one of the LFS were having an awesome sale on some clams, so she picked one up for me It is a squamosa who has been dubbed "The Tiny", I will have to try and get a pic of him tomorrow. He seems to be adjusting well, but I swear I have yet to see him fully open because my tang swims above him every minute or so, causing get him to flinch into his shell a bit each time:/ I also added an anemone crab, somehow I have never had one of these guys before and I feel like I've been missing out! They are so neat to watch and I want about 50 more lol.
