Hi all - I was told that AB+ and ReefRoids are almost the same and shouldn't be used together. Is this true or its even better to use both of them (On separate days)?

So you’re say I probably shouldn’t be using ab+ as the liquid to mix up my reef roids or benepets to make a spot feeding slurry??

It all depends on your tank. If you struggle with high phosphates then benepets may be the better choice. Also, spot feeding roids is more efficient than broadcasting. If you need a phosphate boost then roids can be a nice option. I used to do ab+ and roids and zoas and lps loved them. Algae would be my main concern so watch that and know your n03 p04

I reckon Reefroids are the way to go instead of AB+ unless P04 and N03 are low you can do both
