Reefs and Motorcycles

The broken leg is healing.
Im now weigh bearing. Still hurts a lot and will be swollen for about a year but I'm progressing.
The Suzuli M109R is put back together and she's pretty as ever. Powerful as ever too!
Ive done 2 runs...
I rode from D.C. Metro to Va. Beach (turn n burn)
From D.C. Metro to Philly Bike Fest (turn n burn).

The fish are still alive. Nope, Sailfin Tang died. The others are still kicking!
The 180 build is still on hold because...
1. I can't lift or move anything. A 5 gallon bucket of water is way beyond me at this stage.
2. I'm going to be moving in August. Gotta downsize the house. Might as well set up the 180 in the new place.

This is an update for anyone interested.

Call me crazy but is your bike running just a tad lean there? I'd think your valves would be burning up by look of the the red glow of your pipes!

And my wife called me a nerd for having a reef tank.. I knew only cool people had reef tanks. Bikes, reef tanks, guns and guitars. Those are my expensive hobbies. I’m just glad my son is two now and almost old enough to enjoy all of this with me.

I was just thinking of this the other day. @Dj City . Glad you’re healing a bit, enough to ride

The reef tank was my Bike replacement as I got older and kids were growing up and the wife less thrilled with the bike. (well the reef tank and a boat)

I have owned about every Ducati made at one point or another.

Here is my 125 gallon reef and my 2003 Honda Rebel 250. I actually just did an oil change on the bike yesterday, and I've recently started replacing the gas with ethanol free gas. Love both of these hobbies! It's nice to see others who do both too!

Not the current setup but I don’t have any pictures of how it is now. I moved everything into the garage and added a 125 while I’m working on my 210 build.

This is how it is currently. Middle of rebuilding it.

Well...
We are in November and I have not moved yet. The 180gallon tank is still waiting for its home.

The M109...
Rough year!
I got ran off the road in April resulting in a broken leg. (Still healing)
Put the bike back together, riding again and got T-boned by a pick up truck in the beginning of October. Dude blew a stop sign. He did not stay around for the police.
I was relatively ok. Not much reinjury. Just hurt up and damaged bike.
I hope to be moved my Dec 1st as long as the house is ready.
I really want to get started on the 180gallon reef.
