has anyone used this site? i keep reading mixed thing about them but when trying to place my order my computer tells me it isnt a secure site and doesnt let me. the deals they have for snails is amazing but im not so sure about the risk.

I have not but I think my next snail order is going to be from them. Let me know how it goes if you do order from them.

I used live aquaria last time and everything showed up alive.

yeah im not even sure if my computer will let me buy from them, just keeps telling me the owners havent made it secure. anyone know a site with good deals on cuc?

I will NOT recommend......meaning it's a risk on your own head dime. But I ordered a CUC from them like 4 months ago no DOA nor soon afters. Snails and crabs where ok (note crabs where TINY) CORALS however ya...that was a 50/50 and wasnt thrilled. Justified with it's an hour to nearest LFS...and Id have paid more for one of the two that arrived alive.
It's really iffy. Gamble....

I've ordered from them in the past and wasn't pleased with the order and service.
I also like reefcleaners as well.

Just got a clean up crew from live aquaria. Free shipping on $75+ on the build your own. Got some amazing stuff.

I have placed three orders from them. The first was for a SCRIBBLED rabbitfish. It came but died an hour later. I had them send me another one. I got it and it turned out to be a yellow spot rabbit. I complained and either way it died from it arriving with ich. So they refunded my money except shipping. I decided to order some chaetoh and pods using the credit they gave me and free shipping. Well the pods were decent but the cheatoh was in a bag of stinky water and had a dead hand sized serpent star in it. The gage me credit again. This last time i ordered in two speckled nassarious snails, a few glowing marginela snails amd a coraline cluster. I recieved that amd sent a nasty email. The snails didn't have much water at all. The glowing specificaly didn't have any. Amd the cluster had some coraline on it but to me was a joke. They called me and tried to tell me how they have been in the business for multiple years and that they know everything. Amd tried telling me my concern with the care for the animals was not required. Amd suposidly that the owner has an account on here. So if the owner does have an account in here all i have to say is Shame on you, you treat your livestock like crap and con people into buying your products.

I personally have not ordered from them, but have read lots of issues with DOA and other issues. That alone was enough for me to steer clear of them whether their prices were good or not.

I've ordered from them a couple times in the past. Let me just say this- if a company has to repeatedly change their name, whatever the company, whatever the product, it's a safe bet to stay away from them...

They have a new name......Can't remember. I won't say bad about them, but I wouldn't recommend them either.

Stick with the sponsor / vendors here @R2R. There is a reason they're here and you always get what you pay for.

I think it's aquariumdepot.com now

Deals are good on clean up crews- but be prepared to get a lot of dead with the live animals.

Reefs2go is no more aquarium Depot now they are trash they still owe me money. Use reef cleaners John is a good guy fast responses and if you have a problem he always fixes it fast
