Has anyone ever ordered from the website reefs2go? Just looking for some feedback. Before I tried ordering through them
Thanks in advance

I bought thier Softies pack for $30.00 free shipping. I did not received 2 items and took months to get my refund. Also it took about total of 5 days before I got them. They have this link that you can check if your order went out- a good thing. Corals are ok. I might order fish this time to claim my refund.

Ok thanks... you guys know of any good online places to order corals from?

Check out AquaSD if they will still honor sale price happened this past weekend.

i highly recommend not ordering from them. they really screwed my order, but the most disappointing thing was the quality and health of the specimens.

I've always read nothing but bad reviews about these guys.

Stay Away

I ordered a CUC package from them on a Tuesday with expedited shipping that was supposed to arrive on Friday. I sent a bunch of emails, called, left messages, it was the following Wednesday before someone even answered my emails. I requested a refund. After seeing all the bad reviews, even if I got my order shipped, chances are the specimens would have been low quality.

My order arrived all DOA. Sent 2 emails with pics. No reply! Posted in their sponsor thread. 2wks later they pm'd me with apology. Offered to replace order. I declined.

^ so you went to all the trouble and then decline to make it right, got ya.

I did a customer stupid and had my order sent to the wrong address. My emails were replied to within 30 minutes and they worked swiftly to fix my stupid. Plus they sent a lot more than I purchased, I will definitely use them again for pods and cheap corals.

Yes I did decline. After 2wks without a word from them? I had already made a new purchase elsewhere. They showed exactly what they thought of me as a customer. Why would I want anything from them?

I have ordered a free shipping CUC pack of 50 various species snails+2 serpent stars+pink urchin.. All arrived alive and healthy. I also have ordered a free shipping coral pack.. About half were dead and half alive. I emailed them and they gave me store credit within a couple of days. They aren't great and they arent bad either.. Especially for the price and free shipping.

I ordered a cuc that came with a small zoa frag and a red star. Almost 2 weeks later they came but minus my star. The cuc is very small but seem to be doing well. The small zoa is doing OK after 2 dips. They refunded me for the star but took a couple of days. Also as a bonus with the order they sent a blue mushroom that was extremely small and came detached from the rock and immediately shriveled up in a coralrx dip. Don't think it will make it. They won't do anything about that even though it detached during shipping.
