I know their reactors are good quality. some one at RC have one I will see if I can get you the link. the only thing he says about this reactor is the mag pump apparently transfer heat at the effluent

Thanks for the help bro. I'll be waiting for the link:bigsmile:. The reactor doesn't use a mag pump it comes with a quiet one 1200 standard and you have the option to upgrade to a eheim 1250 for another $59 bucks. So $358 for a 624 with the upgraded pump and PH probe chamber. Does that sound like a decent deal? I need something for 450g system.

Anyone else with some input on this?
 
Its a good reactor, I got mine about 4 years ago and never had any issues with it. Since then they have changed the Mag pump and changed the design of the reactor. I'd go with the eheim pump upgrade. Also good customer service, its worth a look at.

Thanks for the info! It looks to be a good reactor with a great price. I will try to get in contact with them again so far no luck getting ahold of them but I did leave a message.
 
Thats the one i would get if i had the cash. I would also upgrade the pump to the eheim. Should work well for you as i've never heard anyone complain about them.

Thanks Luke!! I'm really needing a budget calcium reactor and this looks to be a perfect fit for my system and affordable for me. Well i know you know some things about these kinda stuff so I will take your advice Luke. Now to save up for it. I need my corals to grow faster in the 270. So I can get you your frags:wink:.

The calc equipment is pretty cheap there too, 10lb tanks for 70bux and all that, ph probe's. Good deal on that stuff.
 
Thanks again Luke! I might get this in the next couple months. I havn't seen or heard of these before but they look pretty solid and look like a knock off of the GEO reactors and I know GEO are good reactors so....this might be my best bet.
