ReefWave 45 enough for 6 foot tank?

Is the ReefWave 45 enough to get a good gyre effect on a 6 foot long tank?

I currently have 2 MP60s on the left side and 2 MP40s on the back wall.

My tank is 72 x 28 x 30, Acro dominate.

Which Gyre pump would you recommend for a 6 foot tank?

I have two Reefwave 45s on my 6x2x2 tank and wasn't happy with the flow. I added two MP40QDs and still not sure its enough. I am not sure what will meet my expectations for flow yet.
