Welcome, beautiful tank!:)

Thank you both!!!

Thank you :) i'm still getting the hang of R2R :)

How many rock flowers do you have? I've just started collecting them.

Probably too many :) I have around 36 in the tank plus 5 babies that I can see. I absolutely love them!

WOW...I've been soooo tempted to get some of the high end ones but figured I needed to make sure the 9 that I have thrive in my tank first.

I actually have only bought one that cost over $40! It was a pink and green one from VIP Reef. They have some awesome deals - regularly have $20 nems in stock now that look awesome and bright. I highly recommend those guys. The quality is awesome.

I may or may not have an RFA addiction :)

a bunch of mine have moved to some of the tonga branches in my tank. They crack me up. Although I do notice the LPS in my tank will pack a sting on the poor RFAs.

I haven't posted updates in a bit! The tank is now 6 months old :)

I attempted to do a video for the 6 month mark:

And here are some more recent photos!

Rachel, Great looking SCA66. Glad to see another making great use of one. They have a great dimension. your tank loooks fantastic. Keep up the good work. Tell us more about your sump and other equipment. I see that you are also running the SCA-302 skimmer. they are quite good. I have not had any issued with mine at all.

thank you!! Yeah, I really do like the dimensions! I'm running two minimax desktop reactors - one with carbon and one with Two Little Fishies bioplastics in the skimmer chamber. I feed heavy so the bioplastics help with nitrate control and the carbon helps (or hopefully) with the leather toxins since I have quite a few leathers in the tank. My fuge at the moment is overflowing! I have a coral compulsion par bulb over the fuge. I need to trim some algae i'm thinking :)

I have some stereonepthia and NPS gorgs in there as well, so I'm feeding a cube of frozen cyclops in the AM before lights start to ramp, some filer feeder stuff 1 or 2 times during the day (reef roids, phyto, etc.) and then a cube of frozen at night. So definitely heavy feeding. I've been able to keep nitrates between 5-8 and phosphates typically sit around .03, although they crept up last week a bit.

Hi! Great looking tank. Can you share your lighting, intensity and ramp schedule? I also have an ATI hybrid and am curious as to your led and t5 program. Thanks!!

Looks great!

Thank you! Sure thing! So here's what I'm running:

ATI 24x6, two middle bulbs removed for LED pucks. 4 bulbs remaining are one B+, one coral +, one Fiji purple and one Geissman 6500K. The T5s go on at noon and off at 4. The LEDs start ramping up at 10 AM and start ramping down at 8 PM. The blues are at 80% intensity on the LEDs during peak photo period (12PM - 4 PM I believe) and whites/greens/violet are at about 60%. In the evening hours, I run the blues at 65% intensity and the other channels at about 15% moonlight is kept at 3% or lower.

Hopefully that helps!!

Some new photos for today!
