Does anybody know how much of this salt I should be using? I tried following the guidelines on the box but they are slightly difficult to follow, and if I use a generalized ration of 1/2 cup salt to 1 gallon of water I end up with a super high salt concentration of well over 1.04. If anyone is using this salt can you give me some general advice for how much to use when mixing in a 5 gallon bucket. Thanks

Since red sea uses weight its hard to use a cup.
Some where between 600 to 650 grams per 5 gallon bucket I believe will get you close.
I would do 2 1/4 cups and see where that gets you.
Its early and my math may not be correct.
I dont weigh mine. I have a container that I use and go low to where I get around 1.020 to 1.022
From there I know just how much to add to get to 1.025 1.026

Thanks. Yeah that salt is the Fritz Reef Pro so i dont know if thats different, but so far i'm finding i need to only use around 1.5 cups or so of salt to get near what i'm aiming for. Maybe I should try weighing it out next time instead, maybe its my measuring cup thats off

oh sorry I was 1/2 asleep; Fritz Reef Pro / Red Sea Coral Pro
