Reflector Damage...anyone have this happen?

Anyone have this happen? Can this be removed somehow to remove what that it?

If I cannot repair it, whats the best replacement if necessary? Can I buy just a 36" reflector as a part only?

Could it just be salt-spray residue? Have you tried wiping it with a soft, damp cloth (microfiber or the like)?

New reflectors are generally fairly cheap and easy, but it depends upon the type of fixture you have.
