Reflectors for ATS?

I have a couple questions about reflectors for an ATS I want to build.

1. Where can I buy reflectors for CFL bulbs?
2. Can I just use an ordinary desk lamp?
3. Can I make reflectors out of aluminum foil?

What size are you looking to get?
I'm not sure that aluminum foil has the reflectivity you may need.
A desk lamp might work depending on how implemented and environment. We all know the environment. How good is your insurance? But plenty of people place them in the sump area for in-sump refugiums...
Reflective mylar, so long as it does not heat up a ton, adhered to acrylic might work.

People do use those. I expect that you can too. I would just be aware that you have a highly corrosive environment that will be placed in. You must take all necessary precautions if implementing this type of lighting.
